2008 Florida Citrus Industry Annual Conference
Registration Information
Note: All spouses must be registered. There is no registration
fee for children under the age of 3. Registration fees include all events except
Fishing and Golf Tournaments.

Fish Tournament

Entry Fee: $200 per Team
Tournament registration funds are used for the Florida Citrus Mutual State PAC.
Contributions are not tax deductible. Tournament Includes: fishing shirt, cap, goodie
bag and boxed lunch. Boats, charters, slips, bait, fuel, etc. are the responsibility
of the participating team. To charter a boat for the tournament, please contact

Golf Tournament

Entry Fee: $150 per Golfer
Tournament registration funds are used for the Florida Citrus Mutual State PAC.
Contributions are not tax deductible. Includes round of golf at Raptor Bay Golf
Club, golf shirt, goodie bag with two sleeves of balls, beverage cart, practice
range and lunch after the Scramble.
Individuals or teams with less than four golfers will be combined with other participants.
Conference Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by Florida Citrus Mutual before 5:00 PM on Wednesday
May 14, 2008 will be refunded a registration fee, less a $25 administration fee.
Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after May 14, 2008.
You will have the chance to book your accomodations once your registration
is submitted.
Registrations will not be processed until payment is received.
