Matt Joyner was named Executive Vice President/CEO of Florida Citrus Mutual in 2022. He had previously served as Mutual's Director of Governmental Affairs since 2018. Prior to joining Mutual, Matt worked at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as Deputy Chief of Staff having joined the Department as Federal Affairs Director in 2011. Before FDACS, Matt worked as a financial consultant and served as U.S. Rep. Adam Putnam's Chief of Staff. Matt earned his degree in business administration from the University of South Florida.
